SHIPPING

We ship orders every weekday, Monday through Friday at 5:00 pm. Shipping to any city in Morocco typically takes up to 4 business days and for express shipping it takes 2 business days. Here’s what that means for you:

• If you order from Monday to Fridaybefore 5:00 pm , your order ships the same day. If it’s after 5:00 PM, it’ll be shipped the next day.
• Orders placed during the weekend are shipped out on Monday.
• For express shipping: Once your order is shipped, expect delivery within 24-48 hours.
• For normal shipping: Once your order is shipped, expect delivery within 72-96 hours.
• We won’t call to confirm your order unless we need additional information; you’ll receive an order confirmation call automatically when you place your order.
• If you’ve chosen “Cash on Delivery,” please ensure you have the full amount ready when the delivery driver arrives.
